I am a third-year undergraduate student focusing on management, leadership, and workplace communication. I use the skills I am learning in my courses at the University of Florida to improve my communication skills and lead me to Human Resources Management. I have over four years of customer service experience interacting with over 3,000 customers in three companies. I have also held the responsibilities of being a key holder at two companies. I am a part of the building operations team at Study Edge working not only on the customer service front but also the behind-the-scenes operations.
