As a second-year Finance student at the University of Florida, I am always seeking new experiences to further my knowledge and explore my interests. As an out-of-state student, not knowing anyone when starting at UF, effective communication has been crucial in developing relationships with other students and faculty. Having studied abroad in high school, I developed a detail-oriented mentality, tailored towards effectively managing my time while exposing myself to experiences outside of my comfort zone. In the future, I’m interested in pursuing a career in Finance where I can use the skills I have developed to help a company that I’m passionate about have a positive impact on the community.
