I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to Miami in 2015. I believe this experience drastically shaped the person I am today; someone who thoroughly enjoys learning about other cultures, collaborating with diverse groups of people, and being open-minded. In addition, being a camp counselor for the last three years has taught me that I'm passionate about facilitating the personal growth of others and forging solid relationships with those around me. I realized I wanted to major in marketing when I became the social media manager for my school's International Baccalaureate Academy. Through this experience, I learned the power marketing has in strengthening communities. I hope to continue representing the communities I'm passionate about in the future and find the most creative yet efficient ways to spread their message. I'm especially interested in working in the fashion and publishing industries!
