Yanet Serrano
Second-Year Economics and Political Science Student
Fitzgerald, GA
Alongside an ambition to strive professionally, I am the daughter of hardworking Mexican immigrants. I had the chance to be born and raised in Southern Georgia until the age of nine. Then, I moved to Florida with strong hopes of attending college in-state to further my education, with great aspirations of providing services for others. Currently, I am a second-year Economics and Political Science Pre-Law Student working towards an International Relations certificate within my major. Professionally, I see myself working in corporate law, with additional interests in consulting and financial services. I am working diligently toward achieving my goals. My drive, flexibility, open-mindedness, and social skills allow me to be an ambitious and engaging individual that has shaped my passions and eagerness to impact others. Studying economics and political science has allowed me to connect my passion with the intersection of practicing law and business, allowing me to appreciate diverse perspectives.
